Matt Draper, our Board Treasurer, notified the Board in late May 2022 of his plans to resign from the Board due to limited bandwidth to serve given significant responsibilities and travel for his job/work. To remain in compliance with our by-laws, he will remain in his seat and as Treasurer until the seating of the new Board of Directors on June 9 when The Board will select new officers for the Executive Committee. We thank Matt for the time he has served on the Board.
Since this resignation opens up an additional seat, The Board voted to appoint Josh Graff, a 2022 Board candidate, as interim Director. He will begin serving at the June 9 Board meeting and his term will last until the next elected Board is seated in June 2023. Welcome, Josh! We are so glad to have you on board!
